With the handmade iron frames specially designed for Wonnereich Pictures, you have many options to decorate your wall again and again. The pictures on handmade paper in approximately A5 format adhere to the frame using the four small magnets provided.
If the pictures are attached to the picture frame slightly offset, part of the pattern on the frame will be exposed. This means that the picture, which sticks to the metal with magnets, can be presented again and again. The pictures are also easy to exchange, so that depending on the season, for example,
a particular saint comes into focus. A nice way to design your own apartment a little differently.
The pattern on the picture frame is created by controlled rusting of the metal entirely by hand. After a certain amount of time, I stop the rusting process and seal the metal to prevent further rusting.
The patterns are different, as are the colors of the rust. The palette ranges from silvery-gray-dark gray to reddish-brown tones and black.

I design the images by hand in mixed technique on finest handmade paper. Büttenpapier ist leicht cremefarben und hat unregelmäßige Ränder, die dem Bild noch zusätzlich eine edle Note verleihen. Die Größe der Bilder kann aus diesem Grund um einige Zentimeter schwanken. Das Motiv ist mit echter handgefertigter Dokumententinte gemalt. Unsere Epoche klingt in den digitalen Elementen an, daher werden die Schriftzeichen mit herkömmlicher Druckertinte in einem sehr komplizierten Verfahren aufgedruckt. Jedes Bild ist einzigartig. Meine eigens entwickelten Techniken erlauben die Herstellung ähnlicher, niemals jedoch identer Werke. Sie halten damit ein echtes Unikat in der Hand. Auf der Rückseite signiere ich die Blätter per Hand (Bleistift, paraphiert: WR für Wonnereich, Jahreszahl). Ein Zertifikatskärtchen mit Angaben zu den Materialien liegt bei.
Iron plate rusted in a controlled manner
The picture is fixed on an iron plate with 4 enclosed magnets. The plate is made of controlled rusted iron and has a thickness between 0.5 to 1 mm, depending on availability. Iron rusts differently, so the coloring is also different. The colors range from silvery-gray tones,
which can range from dark gray to reddish brown rust tones.
The rusting process is started manually and can show different patterns. After a while I stop it and seal the metal to prevent further rusting. The panels are holed in the middle for a nail to attach to the wall unless otherwise noted. For special requests, for example if you do not want holes,

Working time duration
It usually takes 2 to 3 working days from receipt of the payment confirmation to dispatch. In some cases, delivery of limited editions may be delayed by a few more days. In this case I will notify you immediately.
